For guests, our team of customer care specialists can provide:
     Check-in and personalized registration.
     Welcome information and Concierge Services.
     Information about the home, directions and area attractions.
     Arrangements for car hire, theme park tickets & dinner reservations.
     Rentals of bar-b-que grills, cribs, communication devices (walkie talkies, etc.).

Property Management rates start at only $320 per month (less for homes that receive lawn care by their Homeowners Association or subdivision). 

Services included in standard management services include:
     Lawn Care - Standard service includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Fertilization, lawn pest control and landscaping work are additional costs.
     Pest Control - Standard interior & exterior pest control is included in the monthly management fee.
     Pool Care - Regular checking and addition of pool chemicals, cleaning of the pool and pool filters.
     Garbage & Mail Collection - We will place garbage cans curbside and collect both the cans and the mail as part of our service.
